1. Does this coverage last a lifetime?

Yes, it does! As long as you own the Ford vehicle — no matter if it’s five, ten, or 15 years — our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty will cover all of the above-cited components.

2. Are there any conditions to the Powertrain Warranty?

Your vehicle must receive service at the proscribed maintenance intervals, as indicated in your owner’s manual. Remember to keep copies of any service your Ford model receives and make sure all your warning lights are functioning properly.

3. What vehicles qualify for the Ford Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?

Any new Ford vehicle that is new and has less than 5,000 miles qualifies for this option. The only models that do not qualify are the Ford Mustang Mach-E, commercial vehicles, F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-650 trucks.

4. Is there a deductible included?

Yes, your deductible is $100 per service visit. However, once this is met, all labor and parts will be covered.

5. Where does this maintenance need to be performed?

Any services under the Ford Lifetime Powertrain Warranty must be performed at our Ford service center in Hattiesburg.
